Today I was in a bit of a bind, my oil drain plug was damaged from an oil changer's shop near by earlier today and they couldn't drain the oil. They stripped the plug. So I took it to Gorrud's and explained the situation. I never thought for a second I bought the car this way, so anyhow, I spoke to Karen who understood my dilemma and told me they would do the oil change and look at the issue. I happen to have a complimentary oil change from when I purchased my car so it came in handy! They also replaced my drain plug! I will for now on only be going to my dealership for servicing! Thank you again Karen and Gorrud's for fixing my issue! It means a lot!
